| Baakleen Community Hall, "Beit
Baakleen", was officially organized on July 9, 1992. The permit
issued by the Minister of Interior carried the number 170/AD.
The
objectives of "Beit Baakleen Committee" were set and remain as follows:
- Own, through purchase or through receiving donations and
contributions, one or more properties developed or un developed, for the
purpose of building a hall in Baakleen which will be used for public
meetings and receptions.
- Manage, maintain and preserve the built structure as well as
establish the guidelines by which it is utilized.
- Carry out building development, social, and health projects for
Baakleen.
- Work to develop Baakleen in social, humanitarian, educational, and
cultural areas.
